TOURISTIC LICENSE. Set close to all amenities, yet totally private and tranquil, Can Vita rests on the south side of one of the highest hills on Ibiza near KM4. The one story house is spread over different levels following the contours of the rocks below. The large fitted kitchen opens into a bright dining area which leads to the expansive living room with light from all sides. The six meter sliding double-glazed doors open onto a covered terrace with a view over the pool and the huge terraces. The bedrooms are at both ends of the house; the east wing with the master bedroom and bathroom and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The west wing also has three bedrooms; one ensuite and two sharing a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The villa is situated about half way between Ibiza town and Sant Josep. The surrounding countryside provides endless opportunities for quiet walks and cycling. For those interested in nature, the forest has wild orchids and rosemary blooming in the spring, enormous fungi in the autumn. Can Vita is located just off a back road that connects the south with central Ibiza.
