He speaks French, Spanish & English offering a deep understanding of the local real estate market and commitment to excellence in client service. Diego is a certified real estate broker, having trained and passed exams at the FEI international business school.

Having set up successful businesses in the UK, Tim has resided in Ibiza for over 10 years, previously working for Sotheby's International. Travelling between Ibiza and Mallorca he offers a dedicated service to find the best homes in the Balearics. Having also built several villas, he passes on first hand advice to anyone looking to invest / construct their dream home. Tim is a certified real estate broker, having trained and passed exams at the FEI international business school.
